Our Team
At Landsdale School of Early Learning, our team is made up of passionate, dedicated educators who are committed to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for every child. We are proud to be a diverse and multicultural team, bringing together a range of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences that enrich our learning environment and reflect the community we are part of.
Our team includes three Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs), supported by experienced educators, with many of our senior team members bringing over 10 years of experience in the early childhood sector. We are also proud of our low staff turnover, which allows us to provide children with consistent care and build strong, trusting relationships over time.
We place a strong focus on ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest standards of care. Our educators are trained in First Aid and CPR, and all team members hold certifications in Allergy Awareness, Food Safety, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting, Anti-Discrimination, Safe Sleep practices, and Supervision.
Together, we are committed to supporting each child’s development, building meaningful connections, and creating a strong sense of belonging for every family.

Our little animals friends
At Landsdale School of Early Learning, our team extends beyond our educators to include our much-loved pets, our crab, fish, stick insects, and puppy. These special members of our environment play an important role in our daily curriculum and the learning experiences we offer.
Through caring for our animals, children are provided with meaningful, hands-on opportunities to develop empathy, responsibility, and respect for living things. Whether it’s feeding the fish, observing the life cycle of stick insects, gently interacting with our puppy, or learning about different habitats through our crab, each experience supports children’s understanding of the natural world.
Our pets also encourage curiosity, conversation, and connection. They create opportunities for children to ask questions, share ideas, and engage in collaborative learning, while also supporting emotional wellbeing by offering comfort, calmness, and a sense of companionship.
By embedding these experiences into our program, we foster a deeper appreciation for sustainability, care, and the environment, aligning with our commitment to nurturing confident, capable, and compassionate learners.
