Frequently asked questions
We are open Monday to Friday 6.30am - 6.30pm and closed on public holidays.
Please contact our service to find out about our fees, our management team will help you understand our fee structure. They can even work out a quote for you if you already know your CCS entitlements.
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is financial support from the Australian Government that helps families reduce the cost of approved childcare. The subsidy is paid directly to the service and reduces the amount families need to pay in childcare fees. The amount you receive depends on factors such as your combined family income, activity level (work, study or volunteering hours), and the type of care used.
To apply for CCS, you will need to submit a claim through your myGov account linked to Centrelink. Once your claim has been approved, Centrelink will notify you of your subsidy percentage and eligible hours. You will then need to confirm your child’s enrolment with our service in your myGov account before the subsidy can be applied to your fees. Until the enrolment is confirmed, fees may be charged at the full daily rate.
We offer two types of payment at our service, through direct debit or credit card. All you need to do is choose which payment option is easiest for you. We can arrange weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly payments. All accounts are required to be 2 weeks in advance, fees are taken the week before enrolment start date.
Like most services in our industry we are closed on public holidays. Fees do still apply to these days as staffing and operational costs are still in place.

We understand that children get sick from time to time so we are sure parents would appreciate our concern for protecting the health of all the children attending the centre. We have a variety of practices to keep our clean and hygienic to minimise the spread of illness, we do ask that if your child is sick they do not attend. Please speak to our office regarding our illness policy.
We cater for all allergies and dietary requirements at our service, and we are a completely nut free centre. Our onsite chef will cater for any dietary requirements your child may have. If your child has any allergies, dietary requirements please let our educators know and we will be happy to help.
We use Storypark to share updates about your child’s learning, daily routines, and important service announcements. We also communicate with families through emails and regular newsletters to keep you informed about centre updates, upcoming events, and important information. Families are always encouraged to speak with educators or the office at any time if they have questions or would like to discuss their child’s progress.
