We’d love to welcome your family to Landsdale School of Early Learning. Enrolling is simple, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.

How to Enrol

4 Simple Steps:

  1. Book a Tour
Come and explore our centre, meet our team, see our learning environments, and collect an enrolment pack.

  2. Complete Your Enrolment Forms
Provide your child’s details, requested days, medical information, and review our terms and conditions.

  3. Receive Your Welcome Email
Once your child’s enrolment has been processed, we’ll be in touch with your fee information and help set up a payment schedule that works for your family.

  4. Orientation & Settling In
Your child is welcome to attend orientation visits to support a smooth transition. When they begin, we offer the option of shorter days during the first two weeks to help them settle in comfortably

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

We are a CCS approved service, and many families are eligible for support from the Australian Government to help reduce their childcare fees.

We strongly recommend that families apply for CCS before their child’s start date, as approval can take time and may delay your subsidy being applied.

How to apply for CCS:

  1. Log into your myGov account

  2. Link to Centrelink (if not already linked)

  3. Complete a Child Care Subsidy assessment

  4. Confirm your enrolment once we submit it through our system

⏳ Processing times:
CCS applications can take 1–2 weeks (sometimes longer) to be approved, depending on Centrelink.

💡 Important to know:

  • Your child can still start care without CCS being approved

  • However, full fees will apply until CCS is active

  • In some cases, CCS may be backdated, but this is not guaranteed

If you’re unsure where to start, our team is always happy to guide you through the process

Documents / What to prepare

To ensure a smooth enrolment process, please have the following ready:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Immunisation Record (AIR statement)

  • Parent/Guardian Identification

  • Centrelink CRN (for CCS, if applicable)

  • Emergency Contact Details

  • Medical Management Plans (if applicable – e.g. asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis)

If your child has any medical conditions or allergies, you will also be required to complete a Risk Minimisation and Management Plan, which will be arranged with you on the day.

We also ask families to provide:

  • A clear photo of your child’s face (for identification purposes)

  • A family photo for our family wall displays, helping your child feel a sense of belonging and connection

Having these items ready will help us process your enrolment quickly and ensure your child can start without delays.
